Join us for our October volunteer club day! This month we’ll be picking up trash to help with The Clean-Off Challenge. The Challenge website states, “This October, Chicago is going up against Philly and Los Angeles to prove which city can pick up the most trash in just one month! It’s a friendly rivalry with a powerful purpose: cleaning our streets, building pride in our neighborhoods, and ending the culture of litter and dumping.”

Hours are just 10-12 but if you can only join for part of the fun, that’s ok! We have 4 sets of grabbers and trash bags, but feel free to bring gloves and any other gear that would be helpful! If the weather’s nice we’ll be having a little backyard bash afterwards. Please sign up below if you can come!

Interested but not available this time around? Check out this page regularly - volunteer days will be on the last Saturday of each month (in most cases).
