Peach Cobbler

Eat While: in an air-conditioned basement with friends.

Pairing: Chilled glass of Moscato or Bourbon

Inspiration or Source: Southern BBQs on hot nights

Dedicated Time: 45 min

Components:

For the Crumble:

1 1/2 c flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 c sugar

1 egg

1 stick (1/2 c) butter, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix ingredients together until combined.

For the Filling:

6 large peaches

Peel and slice peaches. Spoon into 8x8 pan and sprinkle crumble on top. Bake until golden brown, ~30 min.
