Restaurant Style Blender Salsa
Eat While: holding on tightly to long summer days.
Pairing: Honey, clear out your fridge/bar. Got some chopped melon? Purée it! Midori from 3 years ago? Throw that in there too!
Dedicated Time: 5 min + 1 hour chilling time
Components:
28 oz can diced tomatoes
14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeños, de-seeded (keep some seeds for an extra kick!)
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cumin
3/4 c cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 large limes (~3 Tbsp)
2 tsp salt
Combine al ingredients, except for salt, in blender. Blend until combined, ~1 min. Add salt gradually to desired taste, blend after each addition.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
*6 cups (~20 servings)
